本団体は非営利の精神に基づき、日本国内及び国外において公益の増進に寄与するため、以下の5つの目的に重点を置いています。

1. 移民・難民の社会統合
   移民、難民、避難民及び被災者の社会への実効的かつ持続可能な参加を支援し、これらの集団の社会統合を強化し、基本的権利及びサービスへの平等なアクセスを促進すること。
   日本語やその他の言語習得、ソフトスキル・職業技能研修、起業・キャリア支援、オリエンテーションや相談、権利と義務に関する啓発活動、公的機関や労働市場へのアクセス支援などを行います。
2. 災害・危機対応
   紛争、災害、人道的危機及び緊急事態に起因する人道的ニーズに対応し、地域社会の備えの能力及びレジリエンスを強化すること。
   防災教育や訓練、ニーズ調査、緊急支援と保護、一時的な避難所と生活必需品の提供、心理社会的支援、生計手段の再建、その他人道支援活動を実施します。
3. 多文化共生社会の推進
   多文化的、包摂的かつ平和的な社会の発展に寄与するため、教育、啓発及び対話に基づく活動を実施し、相互理解、社会的結束及び共生の文化を促進すること。
4. 社会的弱者の支援
   社会的に不利な立場にある者、特に女性、子ども、高齢者、障害者及びその他の脆弱な集団の権利の保護及びエンパワーメントを図り、生活条件の改善に向けた社会的支援、相談、アドボカシー、能力開発及び開発支援活動を実施すること。
5. 若者のエンパワーメント
   若者の社会への積極的かつ平等な参加を支援し、教育、技能開発、雇用、ボランティア及びリーダーシップ能力の強化に向けた活動を実施し、若者の意思決定プロセスへの参加を促進すること。

本団体は行政機関、自治体、国際機関、大学、民間企業、市民社会と協力し、助成金や資金に応募し、契約プロジェクトを遂行し、必要に応じて国内外に拠点を設置、またはパートナー団体を通じて活動を行うことができます。

すべての活動において、GBV/PSEA（ジェンダーに基づく暴力や性的搾取・虐待）に関する保護、予防、啓発、安全な申し立てメカニズムの運用を重視します。

The Association, guided by a non-profit spirit, aims to enhance public welfare both in Japan and abroad by focusing on the following five main objectives:

1. Migrant & Refugee Integration
   To support the effective and sustainable participation of migrants, refugees, displaced persons, and disaster victims in society, strengthen their social integration, and promote equal access to fundamental rights and services.
   This includes Japanese and other language acquisition, soft skills and vocational training, entrepreneurship and career support, orientation and counselling, awareness-raising on rights and obligations, and referral and mediation for access to public institutions and the labor market.
2. Disaster & Crisis Response
   To address humanitarian needs arising from conflicts, disasters, humanitarian crises, and emergencies, and strengthen community preparedness capacity and resilience.
   This includes disaster risk reduction and preparedness training, drills, needs assessments, emergency aid and protection, temporary shelter and basic needs support, psychosocial support, restoration of livelihoods, and other humanitarian activities.
3. Multicultural & Inclusive Society
   To contribute to the development of a multicultural, inclusive, and peaceful society by conducting education, awareness-raising, and dialogue-based activities that promote mutual understanding, social cohesion, and a culture of coexistence.
4. Support for Disadvantaged Groups
   To protect and empower the rights of socially disadvantaged persons, particularly women, children, the elderly, persons with disabilities, and other vulnerable groups, and implement social support, counselling, advocacy, capacity building, and development assistance activities aimed at improving their living conditions.
5. Youth Empowerment
   To support the active and equal participation of youth in society, implement activities aimed at strengthening their education, skills development, employment, volunteering, and leadership capabilities, and promote their participation in decision-making processes.

To achieve these objectives, the Association may cooperate with public institutions, local governments, international organizations, universities, the private sector, and civil society; apply for grants and funds; implement contracted projects; and, when necessary, establish offices or representations domestically and internationally or act through partner organizations.

In all its work, the Association prioritizes GBV/PSEA (Gender-Based Violence / Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) protection, prevention, awareness, and the operation of safe reporting mechanisms.
